Wondering how the reflections on the floor look so good. Meaning that when the flash is fired a ten times a bit different angle at every time would there be a ten different reflections. Postprosessing is allowed, I know that . Anyway, very good looking pictures with minimum lighting equipment!

Nope – reflection is dependent on the position of view (camera), not the position of the light source.
Try watching a reflected building for an hour – sun moves, reflection doesn’t.
